§ 52.038 RECORDS.
   (A)   The town shall keep proper books and records relative to the revenues and expenses of the sewage works and shall maintain in its files all reports relative to strength and character of usage. All such records shall be made available for inspection by representatives of the Environmental Protection Agency at all reasonable times.
   (B)   The town shall report monthly to the Environmental Protection Agency such information as requested by the Agency in the form the Agency shall prescribe.
