§ 52.031 RATES AND CHARGES.
   (A)   Schedule of current wastewater rates and charges are as defined below:

   (B)   There shall be established sewer connection fees based upon water meter size as follows:

   (C)   Any sewer connection for residential use outside of the town limits shall be assess an additional access fee of $1,500.
   (D)   (1)   The customer may have the option of purchasing a water meter from the water utility at the utility’s cost and installing same on customer’s water system.
      (2)   Installation shall be at the customer’s expense and shall be inspected prior to its acceptance by a representative of the town utilities.
   (E)   The utility will then cause the customer’s meter to be read monthly and the customer shall be billed according to usage as provided hereinbefore.
   (F)   In the event two or more residential lots, parcels of real estate, or buildings discharging sanitary sewage, water, or other liquids into the town’s sanitary sewage system, either directly or indirectly, are users of water and the quantity of water is measured by a single water meter, then in each such case, for billing purposes, the quantity of water used will be averaged for each user and the minimum charge and the sewage rates and charges shall apply to each of the number of residential lots, parcels of real estate, or buildings served through the single water meter.
   (G)   In the event two or more dwelling units, such as trailers, apartments, or housekeeping rooms, discharging sanitary sewage, water, or other wastes into the town’s sanitary system, either directly or indirectly, are users of water and the quantity of water is measured by a single water meter, then in such event, billing shall be for a single service in the manner set out elsewhere herein.
   (H)   Attorney fees for collection of delinquent accounts: in the event that the town incurs attorney fees in its efforts to collect delinquent accounts, the reasonable sum of such fees shall be added to the sum of all other fees, delinquent fees, interest, disconnect/reconnect fees, and collected from the entity responsible for the bill.
