§ 33.020 PUBLIC RECORD DUPLICATING FEES.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer may provide a copy of a public document at the request of a member of the public which has not been determined to be non- disclosable by the Town Attorney.
   (B)   The duplicating fee per page shall be $0.10. Certification copies shall be $.50 per page. Faxes shall be $1 per page. Any irregular sized copies shall be charged at a reasonable cost incurred by the town. A receipt will be given by the Clerk-Treasurer upon tendering payment.
   (C)   All fees collected shall be recorded as required by the State Board of Accounts and receipted into the General Fund as miscellaneous revenue.
