§ 33.001  INFORMATION ABOUT FUNDS OF THE TOWN.
   The town authorizes any Town Council member as its representative to obtain information from any financial institution that holds funds for the town, including information about:
   (A)   The number of accounts held for the town;
   (B)   The nature of any accounts held for the town;
   (C)   The amount on deposit in any account held for the town; and/or
   (D)   Transactions relating to any accounts held for the town during any period requested by the town’s representative.
