§ 31.24 REPORTING VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   Employees must, as a condition of employment, abide by the terms of this subchapter and report any arrests to the town occurring on or off town premises.
      (2)   Report of an arrest must be made immediately by the employee upon reporting to the employee’s next scheduled shift or sooner if possible.
   (B)   Any questions regarding the reporting of violations should be directed to the Town Manager.
