(A) The use of alcohol on the job or on town premises is prohibited. Employees may not operate any town vehicles or equipment with any measurable amount of alcohol in their system.
(B) Alcohol possession applies to all open or unsealed alcoholic beverage containers. Such containers are not allowed on the job or on town premises, unless their possession is part of an authorized official event. Possession of any alcoholic containers in vehicles used for town business is prohibited.
