§ 31.05 BUDGET ESTIMATES AND ORDINANCES FIXING TAX RATES AND APPROPRIATIONS.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall present the report of budget estimates to the Town Council.
   (B)   The Town Council shall fix, by ordinance, the rate of taxation and an appropriation ordinance pursuant to applicable state law.
