§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
      (1)   A fine not exceeding $2,500 is prescribed for the first violation;
      (2)   A fine not exceeding $7,500 is prescribed for the second and subsequent violation except for violations of ordinances regulating traffic and parking.
   (B)   A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day which a continuous act occurs.
   (C)   Any person violating § 30.16 shall be fined $250 for the first 30 minutes and $500 thereafter for every 30 minutes.
