§ 30.12 ORDER OF BUSINESS AT TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   The following order of business shall be followed at Town Council meetings:
   (A)   Call to order, presiding officer;
   (B)   Pledge of Allegiance;
   (C)   Roll call;
   (D)   Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s);
   (E)   Claims register approval;
   (F)   Communication from department heads;
   (G)   Bid award(s);
   (H)   Ordinances and resolutions:
      (1)   Old; and
      (2)   New.
   (I)   Citizens comments/petitions/ correspond- ence; and
   (J)   Adjournment.
