§ 30.07 WHEN THREE-FIFTHS VOTE REQUIRED.
   A three-fifths vote, with unanimous consent of the members present, is required to pass an ordinance on the same day or at the same meeting at which it is introduced. A three-fifths vote means at least a three-fifths vote of all the elected members.
