§ 30.02 STAGGERED TERMS OF OFFICE FOR COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   (A)   The terms of office of Town Council members shall be staggered to provide continuity of administration.
   (B)   District 1 and 2, in addition to one at-large position, shall run on opposing election cycles to District 3 and the second at-large position.
