(A) The Town Council is the town legislative body.
(B) The Town Council shall be composed of five members.
(C) The Town Council position shall be selected by district and elected by voters of the whole town.
(D) Two of the members shall be at-large positions.
(E) Three of the members shall be elected from districts.
(F) The terms of such Council members shall be for four years.
(G) Any persons selected or seeking election as a Town Council member pursuant to this chapter must be a resident of the town pursuant to I.C. 36-5-2-6.
