§ 70.31 UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorized golf cart on the streets, alleys, sidewalks, highways, or other publicly accessible place within the Town of Cloverdale ("town"), except as provided in this subchapter.
