§ 157.072 LANDSCAPING.
   (A)   The subdivider shall submit his proposal and schedule for landscaping to the Plan Commission prior to filing or with the filing of the application for approval of the preliminary plat.
   (B)   The Plan Commission may require the use of trees, protective screening, fence, walls, or plant materials, when the circumstances deem necessary.
