(A) Lots shall not be platted on alluvial soils subject to periodic flooding as designated by the soil survey.
(B) Alluvial soils and flood prone areas situated within areas proposed for subdividing may be utilized as open space for that subdivision.
(C) The subdivider shall demonstrate that any proposed use will not damage other property.
(D) Lots adjacent to alluvial soils or flood prone areas shall be so arranged so as to place rear or side yards adjacent to the flood prone area or alluvial soils.
