§ 157.008 AMENDMENTS.
   For the purpose of providing for the public health, safety, and general welfare, the Town of Cloverdale, on recommendation of the Plan Commission, may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the Plan Commission and/or the Town of Cloverdale in the manner prescribed by law.
