(A) Bills. The town shall be responsible for the calculation and generation of all water, sewer, and stormwater utility bills.
(B) Records. The town shall maintain account records for each customer that includes the customer’s legal name, billing address, account number, service address, current charges, and account history including consumption, past due charges, penalties, fees, and work orders (history of leaks, repairs, and the like).
(C) Utility billing hours. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
