The applicant shall be required to submit written documentation of the following, when applicable:
(A) Utility encroachment approvals;
(B) County Drainage Board approval;
(C) Other local, state, and federal approvals, including other town boards, commissions, or departments;
(D) Inspection and testing agreements as required by the town;
(E) Outside reviews as required by the town; and
(F) Easements and rights-of-ways not on a plat-like document shall be submitted in the form prescribed by the town and include both a full legal description and a drawing exhibit.
