§ 156.295 AUTHORITY OF THE PLAN COMMISSION TO REVIEW SITE PLANS.
   (A)   The town’s Plan Commission is hereby authorized to review and make findings on all site plans that are required by this chapter.
   (B)   Site plans shall be required for developments in all zoning districts, with the exception that a site plan is not required for individual single-family residences to be constructed on a single lot.
