§ 156.276 RECORDING.
   (A)   Commitments shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
   (B)   The Zoning Administrator shall require the owner of the parcel giving a written commitment to provide proof that the commitment was recorded.
   (C)   Commitments shall be recorded as soon as possible upon the granting of the approval.
