§ 156.274 COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND.
   A written commitment shall be considered a covenant running with the land and shall bind all subsequent owners to its terms and conditions and to any subsequent modification thereto made pursuant to this instrument, statutes of the state, or ordinances of the town.
