§ 156.270 AUTHORITY OF PLAN COMMISSION AND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.
   The Town Council, Plan Commission, or the Board of Zoning Appeals may, when authorized by this chapter or state statute, require or permit the owner(s) of a parcel of property to make written commitments concerning the use or development of that property in connection with a map amendment, planned unit development, site plan, variance, or special exception.
