(A) A temporary wireless communication facility designed for use while a permanent wireless communication facility is under construction, or for a special event may be permitted subject to the facility receiving a temporary use permit prior to construction and installation.
(B) A temporary wireless communication facility shall not be permitted longer than 30 days in cases of new construction and no longer than seven days in cases of special events.
(C) All temporary wireless communication facilities shall be subject to the applicable requirements of this section.
