The purpose of this section is to regulate the placement, construction, and modification of wireless facilities within the corporate limits of the town. This section is designed to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public, while at the same time, not unreasonably interfering with the development of the competitive wireless telecommunications marketplace within the corporate limits of the town.
