The provisions of this section shall apply to each of the following situations:
(A) All parking areas containing 15 or more spaces;
(B) All refuse disposal dumpsters, excluding compacting dumpsters installed in industrial areas; and
(C) Required buffer areas between incompatible uses, as specified in § 156.216.
