§ 35.06 MISCELLANEOUS FUNDS.

   (A)   The following funds are continued in effect.

   (B)   Each fund shall be funded and operated in accordance with statutory requirements:

      (1)   Park Donation;

      (2)   Accounts Payable Fund;

      (3)   Federal Grant Fund;

      (4)   General Fund;

      (5)   Levy Excess Fund;

      (6)   Police Donation Fund;

      (7)   Sewage Utility Fund;

      (8)   Water Utility Fund;

      (9)   CEDIT;

      (10)   Release of Property

      (11)   Public Safety LOIT;

      (12)   River Boat;

      (13)   Unsafe Buildings;

      (14)   Community Crossing Grant;

      (15)   Redevelopment Authority Project;

      (16)   Redevelopment TIF reserve account;

      (17)   Food and Beverage; and

      (18)   SRF sink fund.
