§ 156.123 R-2 MULTIFAMILY URBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   Permitted uses and structures.
      (1)   Multifamily residential structures;
      (2)   Temporary real estate offices for sale or rental of real estate on the premises when located within a subdivision containing ten acres or more in area or a planned unit development;
      (3)   Temporary buildings and structures incidental to construction work only for the period of such work;
      (4)   Uses, buildings, and structures customarily accessory to the permitted uses set out above; and
      (5)   Any permitted use in an R-1 District.
   (B)   Uses permitted as special exceptions by Board of Zoning Appeals.
      (1)   Private clubs and religious and charitable institutions, churches, and community buildings;
      (2)   All home occupation as set out in § 156.068(B); and
      (3)   All buildings and structures customarily accessory to the special exceptions set out above.
   (C)   Minimum lot size. No minimum lot size required.
   (D)   Minimum yard sizes.
      (1)   Front yard: 20 feet;
      (2)   Rear yard (except where abutting a railroad right-of-way): ten feet; and
      (3)   Side yards: 15 feet each side when adjoining an interior lot line, 25 feet when adjoining a street and 50 feet where a side lot coincides with a side or rear lot line in an adjacent residential or business district.
   (E)   Maximum height of structures. Multifamily dwellings shall be limited to three stories or 30 feet, whichever is lower.
   (F)   Off-street parking requirements. Two parking spaces for each dwelling unit.
   (G)   Limitation on sign.
      (1)   Same requirements as set forth in a single-family residential district.
      (2)   Sign limitations are set out in §§ 156.190 through 156.199.
