§ 156.092 LIMITATIONS ON SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   A special exception permit shall be deemed to authorize only the particular use at the particular location for which the special exception is granted and the permit shall automatically expire should, for any reason, the special exception cease for more than six months.
   (B)   A special exception may be terminated by the Board upon filing of an application by an interested person or the Zoning Administrator, and upon a finding at a public hearing, with notice to the property owner, that the terms of this chapter or conditions of approval or commitments have not been met.
