§ 156.091 NO PRESUMPTION OF APPROVAL.
   The listing of a special exception within each zoning district shall not constitute an assurance of presumption that such special exception will be approved. Rather, each proposed special exception shall be evaluated on an individual basis, in relation to its compliance with the standards and conditions set forth herein and with the standards for the district in which it is to be located.
