(A) (1) In granting any special exception, the Board of Zoning Appeals may prescribe additional conditions and safeguards concerning use, construction, character, location, landscaping, screening, parking, and other matters relating to the purposes and objectives of this section.
(2) Violation of any such condition or safeguard shall be considered a violation of this section and subject to the procedures for enforcement.
(B) In addition to prescribing additional conditions and safeguards, the Board of Zoning Appeals may require the owner of the subject property to make written commitments concerning the use or development of the property.
