6-2-4: AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
   A.   Responsibility: The chief of police is responsible for the administration of this chapter. Reasonable rules and regulations may be prescribed by the chief of police to carry out the intent and purpose of this chapter.
   B.   Investigation: The chief of police or his or her designated representative shall have the authority to investigate any complaint concerning violations of this chapter.
   C.   Enforcement: The chief of police or his or her designated representative shall have the authority to issue warnings and citations for violation of this chapter and to perform such other duties as are prescribed herein. (Ord. 302, 4-10-2001)
