12-3-10: PROPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL COMMON NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT THEME:
A plan for a common neighborhood development theme may be proposed as an accessory use for subdivision land located in residential zoning districts. The plan shall be filed with the preliminary plat and include provisions for an owners' association consisting of the owners of at least fifty (50) lots within the subdivision which, pursuant to covenant satisfactory to the city, will be bound to provide for the maintenance of the proposed structures and uses. The features to be included in the plan shall be indicated on the preliminary plat filed pursuant to section 12-3-2 of this chapter. (2000 Code § 176.20)
