11-9-7: OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS:

Open space requirements within a planned unit development shall consist of both public and private landscape areas, natural areas, plazas and courtyards designed to enhance the architectural and natural features of the development. (Ord. 876, 1-17-2008)
