A. Multiple-family dwellings shall, in addition to the requirements of this section, have a minimum of six hundred (600) square feet of actual finished living space in each family unit. "Living space" shall be defined, for purposes of this title, as that portion of the dwelling customarily designed for the day to day use by the residents and does not include the garage and basement.
B. Townhome units constructed within the R-3 district shall meet the minimum dwelling unit floor area requirements of the R-4 district. (Ord. 876, 1-17-2008)
