10-1-4: INTERPRETATION:

The foregoing statements of legislative intent shall govern and take precedence over any other language contained in this chapter or the International Building Code, 2018 edition, or International Residential Code, 2018 edition, adopted herein. (Ord. 1100, 4-8-2021)
