8-5-12: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty as set forth in the schedule of civil penalties in title 1, chapter 4, article A of this code. Each day that a municipal infraction occurs and/or is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 932, 8-19-2010)
