8-5-4: HEALTH AND FIRE HAZARD:
It is unlawful for any person to permit to accumulate on any premises, improved or vacant, or on any public place, such quantities of solid waste, yard waste or recyclable material that constitute a health, sanitation or fire hazard. (Ord. 932, 8-19-2010)
