A user notified by the WRA Director of revocation of its discharge permit and/or disconnection of its sewer service under section 8-3-38 or 8-3-40 of this chapter shall immediately cease discharging wastewater to the POTW. If the user fails to comply voluntarily with the revocation and/or disconnection order, the City shall take such steps as are deemed necessary by the WRA, including immediate severance of the sewer connection. The WRA Director shall reinstate the wastewater discharge permit or the sewer service upon proof of the elimination of the non-complying discharge. (Ord. 1069, 3-14-2019)
