8-3-21: CLASSES OF PERMITS:
Discharge permit classifications shall be as follows:
   A.   Class A permit issued to a user discharging twenty five thousand (25,000) gallons per day or more of process wastewater (excludes sanitary, non-contact cooling, and boiler blowdown).
   B.   Class B permit issued to a user discharging less than twenty five thousand (25,000) gallons per day of process wastewater. (Ord. 1069, 3-14-2019)
