8-3-13: STATE REQUIREMENTS:

State of Iowa requirements and limitations on discharges pursuant to this chapter shall apply when they are more stringent than U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or WRA requirements and limitations unless allowed by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. (Ord. 1069, 3-14-2019)
