On Hickman Road (U.S. 6) from the west corporation line to the east corporation line
regulating access to and from abutting properties along said highway all in accordance with the plans for such improvement identified as project U-6-4(4) - 40-77, on file in the office of the clerk. (2000 Code § 140.04)
