6-4-9: SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL:
No person shall park, abandon or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street, alley, or City owned off street parking area during any one of the following times or periods:
   A.   When snow and/or freezing rain (ice) is falling on such street.
   B.   When snow is drifting onto such street.
   C.   The twenty four (24) hour period immediately following the end of any such snowfall and/or icing event (a 48 hour period if such snow and/or ice has not been removed from such street, curb to curb).
   D.   The twenty four (24) hour period immediately following the end of any such drifting of snow (a 48 hour period if such snow has not been removed from such street, curb to curb).
   E.   The twenty four (24) hour period beginning one hour after a police officer, the City Manager or the Director of Public Works has requested that such vehicle be removed from such street so that the snow and/or ice currently existing thereon can be removed if such request shall have been made to the owner of such vehicle, to an employee or a partner of such owner, to such owner's spouse or adult child if he or she resides with such owner, to the person last driving such vehicle or to the person in whose care the vehicle was then entrusted.
