It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in roadside solicitation when the person solicited is in any of the following places within the City limits of Clive, Iowa:
A. In any vehicle on the street;
B. On public property in the "Hickman Road, University Avenue, and ramp terminal zones", as defined in section 5-11-2 of this chapter. (Ord. 1066, 1-10-2019)
