In the event that the department provides emergency medical services, advanced emergency medical care or ambulance services to any person, the department shall charge a fee to the user of such service as set forth in a schedule of fees adopted by the council in resolution form. Payment of such fee shall be made to the city of Clive and deposited by the treasurer in the general fund for the benefit of the Clive fire department. (2000 Code § 35.14)
