1288.02 TOWNSHIP BOARD APPROVAL.

The Board of Trustees of the Charter Township of Clinton shall review Planning Commission recommendations on all applications for PUD, permit public comment thereon and make final decisions to grant approval, deny approval or grant approval with conditions as provided within the ordinance. No issuance of any zoning certificate or building permit shall occur prior to Township Board approval.
