1287.04 REVIEW PROCESS.

(a) When an applicant submits a site plan, the Director of Planning and Community Development or the Planning Commission will oversee the review of compliance with the standards set forth in this section. The review process shall adhere to the Site Plan Review Process as set forth in Chapter 1297. Other Township departments and agencies (i.e. MDOT) may also be involved with the review process.
