Where artificial illumination methods are utilized associated with the cultivation or processing of marihuana, between the hours of one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour prior to sunrise, shielding by window treatments shall be utilized to avoid artificial lighting shining upon adjoining properties.
Odors from marihuana cultivation and use shall be controlled so as to avoid detection that disturbs persons using neighboring properties, and are subject to enforcement under the Odor Control Ordinance, Sections 655.01 et seq., and the Nuisance Ordinance, Sections 654.01 et seq., and any other applicable laws.
