820.06   GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (a)   Other Licenses and Permits. The licenses and permits issued under this chapter shall not relieve the food truck owner and/or operator of the responsibility of obtaining and maintaining in place permits or authorizations required by any other governmental entity or ordinance of the Township.
   (b)   Appeals. Any denial, suspension or revocation is subject to appeal by the applicant or license or permit holder through issuing within ten (10) days after the denial, suspension or revocation becomes effective and delivering to the Township Clerk a written document clearly marked “Appeal”, stating the grounds for appeal. Within twenty-one (21) days after receipt of the appeal, an appeal hearing shall be scheduled before the Board of Trustees for the Township, at which the party appealing may present evidence, reasons and witnesses in opposition to the action of denial, suspension or revocation.
   (c)   Impoundment of Food Trucks. Any food truck or associated equipment not in compliance with this chapter and/or the licenses or permits issued to it and/or left upon public property may be impounded at the owner and/or operator’s expense.
   (d)   Appearance Tickets. The Police Chief, sworn officers of the Police Department, employees of the Fire Department, Building Department, Planning Department, and Department of Public Services are authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to violations of this chapter pursuant to State law.
   (e)   Civil Infraction; Penalties. Any person who violates this chapter is responsible for a civil infraction and subject to a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day.
