All dogs shall be restrained at all times on adequate leashes, not greater than six feet in length. Any and all dog waste generated, shall fee immediately picked up and disposed of in a safe sanitary manner with removal from the park upon the person in possession of the dog leaving the park. These provisions do not apply to any specific dog park which shall be subject to regulations provided therefore, as approved by the Township Board of Trustees.
