Any reference in the Michigan Plumbing Code Current Edition, as adopted in Section 1422.01, to "state" (and name of state) shall mean the State of Michigan. Any reference therein to "municipality" (and name of municipality) shall mean the Charter Township of Clinton, Macomb County, Michigan. Any reference to the "Municipal Charter" and "local ordinances" shall mean the ordinances of the Charter Township of Clinton and all applicable statutes of the State of Michigan pertaining to constitutional township government.
